What we do

We place experienced engineers, accountants and operations professionals with US firms, and we keep managing them after they start. Every person has done this work before, in English, for a US client. You interview them before you sign anything.

Each person reports to a VirtStaffing team lead who owns quality, communication and coverage. If something slips, you call one number and one company fixes it.

How the paperwork works

You sign one contract with VirtStaffing in Minnesota and receive standard US invoices on standard US payment terms. No foreign wire transfers, no offshore paperwork, and no question about who is accountable. Every engagement starts with an NDA and an IP assignment: the code, designs and documents belong to your company from the first day.
