Information you give us through the contact form (name, email, subject, message), and through a candidate profile if you create one (name, contact details, work history and any documents you upload). We also collect standard server logs.

Why we collect it

To reply to enquiries, to match candidates with roles, and to run the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share candidate profiles with clients without asking the candidate first.

Cookies

The site sets a session cookie required for it to function, and a cookie recording your cookie-consent choice.

How long we keep it

Contact enquiries are kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable period afterwards. Candidate profiles are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion by emailing info@virtstaffing.us. We respond within 30 days.
