About these terms

They govern your use of this website. They are not the staffing agreement: engagements are covered by a separate contract signed with VirtStaffing.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access accounts that are not yours, or submit content that is unlawful or infringing.

Accounts

If you create a candidate profile you are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used abusively.

Content

Site content belongs to VirtStaffing. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us permission to use it to provide the service.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
