Step 3 — Sign with VirtStaffing.

They work, you pay us: one US contract, one US invoice, standard US payment terms. An NDA and IP assignment are in place before the first day.

After they start

Each person reports to a VirtStaffing team lead who owns quality, communication and coverage. If something slips, you call one number. If it is not working, we replace the person at no cost or end the engagement.
